First Visit
If it’s your first visit, we suggest arriving early to review any information entered while making your appointment over the phone or through our online contact form. You can also take this time to get acquainted and comfortable with the facility and ask any pre-appointment questions you have.
What To Expect
After getting checked in, our staff will take X-rays for your doctor and hygienist to review. If it’s your first visit, you’ll receive several X-rays, so don’t worry. That’s perfectly normal. After the X-rays, you’ll be taken to your treatment room where your hygienist will clean and polish your teeth. This can take longer if it’s been a while since you’ve seen your dentist. Once that’s done your dentist will come in to discuss any areas of concern discovered either on your X-rays or during your cleaning. You’ll receive your treatment plan and have the opportunity to ask any questions.
Payment
Payment is expected at the time of services rendered. We offer several options for payment that you can learn more about on our financial page.
