Dr. Andrew Norman
Dr. Norman opened his practice in 1988 after graduating from the Medical College of Virginia. From there, he was an instructor at the MCV School of Dentistry and authored Excellence in Dentistry. The book would go on to be used as reference material in practices and dental schools all across the United States! Dr. Norman loves his career and is happy to have begun practicing at an early age.
Dr. Randall Foy
Dr. Randy Foy is originally from Pebble Beach, California, and graduated with his degree in Biology from the University of Richmond. He earned his Dental degree at the Medical College of Virginia and has been practicing in the Richmond community for many years. After MCV, Dr. Foy completed an advanced residency in general dentistry out in Pearl Harbor, Hawaii. He is a member of American Dental Association, Virginia Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, and Richmond Dental Society.
Dr. Foy has completed hundreds of hours of training on comprehensive and cosmetic dental procedures, including dental crowns, veneers, root canals, Invisalign and the surgical placement and restoration of dental implants.
Dr. Foy lives in the west end with his wife and has three sons. He is proud to call Richmond his home and takes great joy from being able to serve the community he lives in.
Dr. Marcus Pope
Dr. Marcus Pope is excited to return to Richmond and join the team at Norman, Obeck and Foy Dentistry. With more than 15 years of experience in private practice, group practice, and practice ownership, he is passionate about delivering thoughtful, patient-centered care and building lasting relationships with the families he serves.
A graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University, Dr. Pope earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 2008 before completing a General Practice Residency at the VA Medical Center. His career has taken him from Washington State to Utah, where he co-owned a dental practice, but Richmond has always felt like home.
Dr. Pope and his wife, Turia, met while attending Brigham Young University and have three energetic, adventurous children. Outside the office, they enjoy mountain biking, exploring the outdoors, reading, and hosting the occasional lively family dance party.
Dr. Pope looks forward to getting to know his patients, earning their trust, and helping them feel comfortable and confident in their dental care.
